Based in Milan with over 20 years of industry experience, from March 2005 Dani Schaumann is responsible for developing Pioneer asset management activities in new emerging financial markets such as China, Russia, India, Turkey and Israel.
Between 2000 and 2005 he was the General Manager of Pioneer Investment Management Italy, a global investment manager dedicated to growing and preserving client assets and building trust, in partnership with financial professionals and institutions worldwide, since 1928.

Prior to joining Pioneer Investments in February 2000, Dani Schaumann was CEO of Zurich Investments SIM, an Italian Financial Advisors’ Company (Zurich Financial Services Group). Previously, he was Head of Marketing and Product Development in Prime Consult SIM (Generali Group).
He graduated in Economics at Bocconi University, Milan.
